Hotel Cancellation Policy: 

 

  • Cancellation done before 48 hours of guest check-in: 75% of the total amount paid will be refunded. 

  • Cancellation done within 48 hours of guest check-in: "No refund".

 

Conditions for free pick- up:
 

  • Hotel reserves the rights to withdraw the offer any time.

  • Offer not valid on long weekends and festival seasons.

  • Pick up will be subject to availability of vehicles.

  • The guest has to inform the hotel well in advance for pick up arrangement.

Check-in Policy:​

  • Check- in is at 11:00 A.M. 

  • ​Early Check- in subject to availability.

  • Valid identity card like Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport is required at the time of check - in. If not present the management has the right to cancel the booking of the guest. PAN Card not acceptable.

  • Local ID i.e. Varanasi ID is not allowed.
